The Sharjah Child Friendly Academy was established under the auspices of the Sharjah Child Friendly Office, and aims to promote children’s rights and instill a child and family friendly culture in Sharjah, and the UAE.
The academy creates and distributes educational material, resource packs and awareness campaigns to encourage institutions and community organisations to adopt and improve child and family friendly practices, protect children’s rights, and advance their skills. It will also deliver high-quality certified training workshops and sessions to professionals and members of the community at large.
Informational resources will be made available on social media accounts on YouTube, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, Twitter and Instagram (@SCFOAcademy).
